Depending on the application, we offer customized variants for transport, machine integration or offshore use – always precisely tailored to your requirements.
Shipping drums, machine reels, and offshore drums for the cable industry
We manufacture drums for cables with various configurations for all conceivable applications. Whether reels with stands, bearings, or worm shafts – all required spools and drums are specially developed to meet our customers’ needs, always individually tailored and precisely designed for the intended coiled material. Whether a single-use shipping spool, a robust machine spool for continuous operation, or a BEK for on-site use – we deliver every variant as a single unit or in series.

Robust transport drums for cables, designed for payloads up to 600 t.
Optional with worm shafts, inner lining for cable protection, and folding flanges for road transport, as well as a loading frame for optimal ground pressure distribution and safe positioning.

Machine reels
Designed for integration into production lines – rotatably mounted on stands – equipped with guide tubes, eyes, and brakes for optimal cable handling. Upon request and to protect the cable, they can be lined with carpet or stainless steel.

Offshore drum
For extreme offshore conditions – especially robust and corrosion-resistant thanks to galvanization or offshore coating. Designed and manufactured in accordance with DNV regulations, our drums enable very high tensile forces for core tubes and drive elements.

Designed for on-site use: We manufacture BEKs to your specifications with multiple flanges, connection and stop elements, holders for plugs and end caps, and worm gears for safe and easy handling on the construction site.
