WiRoPa stands for metal processing with vision and a broad range of manufacturing services. Our company from Gescher specializes in challenging projects in sheet metal processing, bending large components, and production of drums and reels for extreme loads.
Using state-of-the-art technology, we cut steel sheets by laser, plasma, or with our guillotine shears, process them mechanically, bend sheets up to 20 meters in length, and, on request, deliver fully welded assemblies. Whether it’s a shipping drum, machine part, or custom-bent sheet metal – with over 120 employees, a powerful machine park, and a large material stock, we provide solutions in XXL metal construction.

Sheet Metal Processing – Cutting, Bending, Post-Processing
In our sheet metal processing, we combine technology, materials, and experience. With lasers, plasma systems, and guillotine shears, we cut sheet metal with precision – including bevel cuts when required. For bending sheet metal, we use tandem presses with up to 2,500 tons of press force and 20.4 meters of bending length. This allows us to economically produce large series or complex profiles.
In the field of mechanical processing (post-processing), we complement cutting and bending with processes such as drilling, milling, thread cutting, welding, beveling, painting, and our profile bending machine. This results in ready-to-assemble assemblies or ready-to-install components – precisely tailored to your specifications. The combination of a strong machine park and large raw material stock makes us especially flexible – even for short-term needs or special materials.

Drums and Reels are among our core competencies: We manufacture large and oversized solutions for cable manufacturers, rope manufacturers, pipe production companies, and many other industries. Our shipping reels are used for transporting winding materials, while our machine reels keep materials in safe motion – whether in production or at sea.
