In profile rolling, we shape different profile cross-sections in a controlled manner to achieve the desired form. Using our profile bending machine, we produce profiles with uniform radii in accordance with your specifications for various dimensions and wall thicknesses. Depending on your requirements, we process solid material, hollow sections, angles, T-sections, beams, round tubes and U-sections, either as individual parts or in series.
The achievable bending radius depends on the profile cross-section, material, wall thickness and the desired component geometry. We therefore review your drawing and the technical requirements on a project-by-project basis prior to production.

Our opportunities in profile rolling
Our profile bending machine is designed to process a variety of profile cross-sections. The profile bending machine delivers consistent bending results and produces uniform radii across different profile cross-sections. We can roll the following profiles for you:

✔︎ Hollow sections up to 140 mm section height
✔︎ Angle sections up to 10 mm material thickness
✔︎ T-sections up to T 120
✔︎ Beams up to IPE 180 or HEA 120
✔︎ Round tubes up to Ø 139.7 mm
✔︎ U-sections up to UNP 180
The figures given represent the maximum profile dimensions. Actual feasibility depends, amongst other things, on the material, bending axis, desired radius, component length and cross-sectional geometry. We would be happy to review your drawings and technical specifications on a project-by-project basis for complex requirements or large-scale production runs.

In profile rolling – also known as profile bending – we use our profile bending machine to shape steel profiles into the desired geometry through controlled forming. Thanks to the high quality of the bends and our repeatability, we can manufacture precise individual components and also process entire series with coordinated contours. We can handle a variety of profile shapes, materials and wall thicknesses, as well as both simple and complex radii.
